Veteran BJP tribal leader Parikshit Debbarma was floated a new party under the banner of Adi BJP, with the new regional party comprising supporters of BJP who was not involved in the activities of the BJP. Former BJP member, Adi BJP founder Parikshit Debbarma said, dissolved the ADI BJP party and joined the Trinamool Congress (TMC) party on today (27th October, 2021). Hon’ble MP and Member of All India Trinamool Congress Sushmita Dev, Kunal Ghosh, Subal Bhowmik, Baptu Chakraborty and others were present during the joining programme.
