Agartala, Tripura, 30th of November, 2025 : Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurated and flagged off the Mobile Health Care Unit Project of Sewa International and REC Foundation at Raj Bhavan, Agartala, Tripura on Sunday (30th November, 2025). This initiative has been taken to deliver healthcare services to every household in remote and indigenous areas.

Addressing at the inaugural ceremony of Mobile Health Care Unit Hon’ble Governor Of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu said that access to healthcare is a fundamental right of every citizen. Initiatives like this are not just models of service delivery but also symbols of social justice and compassion. The Governor said that Seva International has long been providing services to vulnerable communities, especially in the northeastern region. Around 1.5 lakh people from 72 villages in Dhalai and South Tripura will benefit from this service.

Amidst the other distinguished dignitaries there were Sewa International’s Global Coordinator Shyam Parande and REC Director Narayanan Thirupathy, Governor’s Secretary U.K. Chakma and many other dignitaries were present at the event. The program concluded with a vote of thanks Sewa International’s Executive Director Jinesh Lal R.V.
