Sonamura, Tripura, 15th of September, 2025 : Sonamura Police, in joint operations with STF Tripura, 11th BN TSR, and other agencies, carried out a massive crackdown on illicit Cannabis (Ganja) cultivation on 15th September, 2025.
According to sources, Sonamura Police Station 1430 hours to 1800 hours conducted raid and searched at Dhanirampur ADC village in forest land and total found 4 no, s ganja plant plot, where approx total 60 thousands ganja plant destroy on spot. This operation conducted jointly by Sonamura PS, STF Tripura, 11th BN TSR and our sister agencies. Inspector Tapas Das, Officer in Charge Sonamura Police Station gave details about this today
