Indian Film Producer Karan Johar Buys An Apartment In Mumbai For Rs. 8.05 Crore: Square Yards

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 16th of January, 2026 : Indian film producer Karan Johar has purchased an apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, for Rs. 8.05 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR) https://igrmaharashtra.gov.in. The transaction was registered in November 2025.
