Agartala, Tripura, 18th of August 2024 : Jhulan Yatra is celebrated in the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Temple, Mathchomuhani, Agartala on Sunday (18th August, 2024). Jhulan Yatra is among the most auspicious festivals. It is also known as the swing festival. During this festival, beautifully decorated swings are created. It is a festival to celebrate Radha Krishna’s pastime of swinging on a gold or silver swing everyday until Balarama-purnima.

Jhulan Yatra festival of swings that is observed in the Hindu calendar month of Shravan, which runs from July to August in the Gregorian calendar. Devotees offered prayers on the occasion of Jhulan Yatra festival. A large number of devotees gathered in Jhulan Yatra festival, ISKCON Temple today.
