Khowai 22nd of January 2024 : A man named Sushanta Paul (37) S/O- Sunil Paul resident of East Ganki, under Khowai District committed suicide by hanging at yesterday night. According to the details of the incident, Late Sushanta Paul worked as a daily labour. After missing him last night due to a family dispute, family members and local residents found him hanging. At around eleven o’clock, Sushanta took a towel from the house and committed suicide by hanging the towel in a tree in the forest near the house. Afterwards informed the Khowai PS authority they have recovered the dead body and brought it to Khowai District Hospital. After the postmodern, the dead body handed over to the family. A shadow of grief of his death has spread over the whole East Ganki area.
