Partha Sengupta, a member of Agartala Press Club and a senior journalist of Daily Desher Katha, passed away at GB Hospital on Friday (29th September, 2023) late night. He was 68 years old. He is survived by his wife and a son and many relatives. Agartala Press Club wishes eternal peace to his departed soul and expresses deep condolences to the bereaved relatives. On hearing the news of Partha Sengupta’s death early on Saturday morning, eminent people including journalists rushed to GB Hospital and his residence on Ramnagar Road No. 1. Members of Agartala Press Club, other Journalists paid their last respects with floral to the late senior journalist Partha Sengupta at Agartala Press Club.
