Teliamura, Tripura, 7th of April, 2026 : Aiming to upcoming ADC election 2026 Bharatiya Janata Party has conducted an electoral mass gathering here in Teliamura on Tuesday (7th April, 2026). On this occasion a large number of BJP supporters have assembled here in the programme venue and took participation in the event.

Addressing at the gathering Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that issued a stern warning to Motha, stating that power cannot be retained through hooliganism and intimidation.
“One hand Motha talks about peace, while on the other it engages in political violence and intimidates the public. Such actions, he asserted, will not be accepted by the people under any circumstances.” Chief Minister added.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha campaigning in support of Maharani–Teliamura constituency candidate Billo Jamatia and Mandai–Pulinpur constituency candidate Rajesh Debbarma.

The Chief Minister alleged that Motha has lost its direction. He claimed that even on the way to today’s programme, Motha supporters created unrest and blocked people. He further alleged that firing incidents also took place.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has established peace in Tripura and across the entire Northeast after great efforts, and that this peace will not be allowed to be disturbed under any circumstances.

The Chief Minister said that the BJP’s victory is certain and that intimidating people will not work. He warned that if the public begins to react, Motha will not even get a chance to flee.

Amidst the other distinguished programme participants there were Samir Oraon, Hon’ble Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma, Chief Whip of Tripura Legislative Assembly and MLA Kalyani Roy, MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury, and many others remained present in the programme.
