Sonamura, Tripura, 9th of September, 2025 : On specific information of Sonamura Police and Border Security Force personnel jointly secret operation was launched in Sonamura on Monday (8th September, 2025). In the evening, Sonamura Police Station and 81 BSF arrested 2 drug peddlers and seized Ascof Syrups in two white bags and 600 grams of Yaba tablets in a bundle from their house. According to sources, arrested 2 drug peddlers namely Idris Miah (60) and Manura Khatun (56), UNC Nagar, Fakiradola, Sonamura, Sepahijala Tripura.
