Sonamura, Tripura, 7th of March, 2026 : Sonamura Police arrested one Bangladeshi National and detain one bike on Saturday (7th March, 2026).
According to the Police, Sonamura Police one Bangladeshi National arrested. Name of Bangladeshi National Rokiya Begam (43) W/o-Mohd. Ismail Of-Narhanspur PS –Kabirhar, Dist-Naokhali Bangladesh.
In this regards one case registered at Sonamura PS under the Immigration and foreigners Act 2025 and BNS Act 2023.
Interacted with media Inspector Tapas Das, Officer in Charge Sonamura Police Station gave details about this and he also stated that such operations would continue next day.
