Agartala, Tripura, 16th of March, 2026 : Swarnakamal Jewellers successfully hosted the 7th edition of Swarnashree Samman 2026 at the Agartala Press Club on 16th March, honoring 11 exceptional women from Tripura for their extraordinary achievements and inspiring contributions in their respective fields.
The Swarnashree Samman is a special initiative by Swarnakamal Jewellers dedicated to recognizing women who have demonstrated remarkable determination, excellence, and service to society. Through these 11 inspiring individuals, Swarnakamal Jewellers paid tribute to the strength, resilience, and contribution of every woman of Tripura, acknowledging their vital role in shaping a progressive and compassionate society.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries participants there were Guest of Honour Smt. Jharna Debbarma, Chairperson of the Women Commission, and Smt. Nilanjana Chowdhury, Social Worker, who appreciated the initiative and congratulated the awardees for their inspiring journeys.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gopal Chandra Nag, Founder of Swarnakamal Jewellers, proudly expressed that the organization maintains one of the highest ratios of female workforce, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to women empowerment.
