TEST Organized Health Camp Cum Anti Drug Program.

Agartala, Tripura, 1st of March, 2026 : Tipra Engineers’ Society, Tripura (TEST) has organized health camp cum anti drug awareness programme in collaboration with the health department on 1st March, 2026 here in Twibaglai Kami, East Badlabari VC under Tulashikhar Block.

On this occasion a large number of local villagers have assembled here in the programme venue and availed free medical check up and medicines through proper prescription by efficient doctor team. Dr. Rajesh Debbarma, MD (Pediatrics), Khowai District Hospital Dr. Dibakar Debbarma, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Khowai District Hospital Dr. Nirmal Deb, Medical Officer, Tulashikhar PHC have provided authentic medical service to the poor villagers. In addition, the Pharmacist, Lab Technician, and other staff members from Tulashikhar PHC were also present at the camp.

Approximately 150 patients were examined and provided with free medicines. During the camp, 150 double-sized mosquito nets were also distributed to underprivileged families of the locality. Malaria parasite tests were conducted for 17 persons, and all results were negative. Hepatitis B and HIV tests were conducted for 26 persons, and no positive cases were detected. Two persons were diagnosed with diarrhea and were provided with necessary treatment. Dr. Arnab Debbarma, MD (Medicine), Khowai District Hospital, also delivered an expert talk during the Anti-Drug Awareness Campaign. Er. Jiban Debbarma, Secretary, TEST; Er. Swapan Debbarma; Er.
