Agartala, Tripura, 18th of September, 2025 : Tripura State Rifles (TSR) 2nd Battalion has celebrated Vishwakarma Puja like every year at Bodhjungnagar, Agartala on Wednesday (17th September, 2024).
Vishwakarma Puja, also known as Vishwakarma Jayanti, is an important festival celebrated by the Hindu community. On this day, the divine architect or the architect of the Gods, Lord Vishwakarma is worshiped. The festival falls on the last day of Bhadra, known as Kanya Sankranti or Bhadra Sankranti.
