Teliamura, 19th of February 2024 : Volleyball Tournament organized by Teliamura Police, as a part of Observance of 150 Years of Tripura Police and Police Week 2024 at Teliamura on Monday (19th February, 2024). The final match of the tournament was played between Teliamura Sub-division Press Club VS Teliamura Police Station.
Teliamura police station defeated Press Club by 2 -1 sets in a contested game. At the end of the game, OC of Teliamura police Rajib Debnath and present guest distributed the prizes to the winners and runners-up teams. OC of Teliamura police Rajib Debnath said that the whole today’s event is a part of various programs organized on the occasion of 150 years of police. He expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to make today’s sports Tournament a success. There is a lot of excitement around this volleyball competition today. The Volleyball Tournament has been held with great enthusiasm and excitement.
Amidst the other distinguished participants there were OC of Teliamura police Rajib Debnath, Second OC Sukanta Sen Chowdhury, Secretary of Teliamura Press Club Partha Sarathi Roy, members of Teliamura Press Club, senior police officers, many local villagers, and many other dignitaries were present in the tournament.
