Agartala, Tripura, 7th of June, 2025 : On the occasion of World Environment day this unit conducted a Mass tree plantation and cleanliness drive at unit HQ as well as all Coy locations and near by areas, Schools, Mandir etc on Thursday (5th June, 2025). Sh Ravish Kumar, Commandant -124 Bn a/w other officers and jawans are participated in this drive, planted trees and carried out cleanliness drive. Civil public, School teacher and students have also participated together with great enthusiasm. The drive emphasized afforestation, environmental awareness and community engagement, aligning with broader goals of ecological sustainability and climate resilience. Beyond environmental benefits, the initiative strengthened ties with local communities and highlighted the CRPFs role in fostering green initiatives alongside security operations.
