Agartala, Tripura, 26th of July, 2026 : To mark the 650th Birth Anniversary of the great saint Shri Guru Ravidas Maharaj, the Tripura Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was launched programmes under the ‘Sampriti Sankalp Abhiyan’ (Harmony Resolution Campaign) on Saturday (25th July, 2026).
As part of the campaign, an organizational workshop was held at the Tripura Pradesh BJP State Party office in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that the initiative aims to take the ideals and teachings of Shri Guru Ravidas Ji to the people and further strengthen the message of social harmony and unity.
Interacting with the media on the issue of the Homeopathy Hospital’s naming, Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha said that Netaji’s name will not be removed from the hospital.’
Amidst the other distinguished leaders there were Hon’ble Higher Education, RD (Panchayat) Department Minister Kishor Barman, Tripura Pradesh BJP President Abhishek Debroy, General Secretary of BJP Bhagaban Ch. Das along with State and District-level office bearers and party representatives were present at the event.
