To foster healthier indoor environments, the development also incorporates low-VOC paints and adhesives, natural ventilation, daylight-conscious design, HCFC-free refrigerants, and halon-free fire systems.
Further strengthening its environmental credentials, Trivana integrates GreenPro-certified materials accounting for 53% of the total material cost, alongside recycled-content materials, eco-friendly wood, and an organic waste converter system with a capacity of 100 kg per day to process 100% of wet waste.
