Dharmanagar, Tripura, 23rd of April 2026 : A sensational incident has created unrest in Ward No. 5 of Sarala Maheshpur in North Tripura, where a 27-year-old, Ajay Gaur, sustained critical injuries after falling from the third floor of a building. He is a local resident and the son of Narayan Gaur. Currently, he is undergoing treatment in critical condition at Dharmanagar District Hospital.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 9:30 AM on Thursday at the office building of Maheshpur Tea Garden. Ajay reportedly fell suddenly from the third floor, causing a loud noise that drew the attention of nearby residents. Locals rushed to the spot and rescued him in a severely injured and bleeding condition.He was immediately taken by ambulance to Brajendranagar Hospital, where he received initial treatment. However, as his condition deteriorated, doctors referred him to Dharmanagar District Hospital for advanced care.
Medical sources revealed that Ajay has suffered severe injuries to his head and hands, along with multiple fractures. His condition remains extremely critical, and he has been kept under close observation. Doctors stated that further decisions regarding his treatment—whether locally or at a higher medical facility—will be made after conducting necessary tests, including a CT scan.Uncertainty surrounds the incident, as it is still unclear whether it was an accident or something else. Some local sources claim that he fell on his own, but the family has not yet provided any clear statement.The incident has sparked tension and concern across the area. For now, the family’s sole focus remains on saving Ajay’s life.
