Agartala, Tripura, 5th of May 2026 : The first session of the newly constituted Ninth Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) was held at the Council Bhavan in Khumulwng on Tuesday (5th May, 2026).
In the session, Bhabaranjan Reang was elected as Chairman, while Runeil Debbarma was elected as the Chief Executive Member. The meeting was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the ADC, Ravel Hemendra Kumar, and the Secretary of the District Council, Keshab Debbarma. The Chairman, at the end of the session, declared the proceedings adjourned sine die.
