“Soul on Canvas” 3rd National Group Art Exhibition Organized By Zenith & Chitrangan.

Agartala, Tripura, 15th of July 2026 : With the jointly initiative of Zenith and Chitrangan organized the 3rd National Group Art Exhibition, titled “Soul on Canvas.” The four-day exhibition, featuring paintings and sculptures, began yesterday and will continue until 17 July 2026 at the Lalit Kala Academy Art Gallery.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Hon’ble Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Tinku Roy. Amidst the other distinguished leaders there were S. Suresh Kumar, Graphic Supervisor, Lalit Kala Academy; Suman Majumdar, GC/EB Member, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi; and Sanghamitra Nandi, eminent artist from Agartala.

The guests were felicitated with traditional Assamese presented with commemorative mementos by the organisers. They also delivered brief addresses, appreciating the participating artists and highlighting the importance of promoting art and culture through such initiatives.

The exhibition is open to visitors every day from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and features the works of artists from different parts of the country.

On the occasion, each participating artist was honoured with a ceremonial stole (uttariya), a commemorative memento, and a copy of the exhibition catalogue. These were presented by Jaydip Chakraborty, President of Zenith Group; Ali Haider, Secretary; and other members of the organization.

The national-level painting and sculpture exhibition has been jointly organized by Zenith of Assam and Shilpangan of West Bengal.

A total of 50 artists are showcasing their paintings and sculptures at the 3rd National-Level Art Exhibition organized by Zenith Group in Agartala, Tripura.

The exhibition has brought together renowned artists from different parts of the country, providing a platform to exhibit a diverse range of artistic expressions and creative works.

The four-day exhibition will conclude on 17 July, with the closing ceremony scheduled for 9:00 p.m.
