New Delhi, Delhi, 20th of July, 2026 : The excitement for Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious Ramayana is reaching new heights! On July 18, 2026, the makers hosted an ultra-exclusive pre-release event titled “Pratham Sankalp” at the prestigious Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The high-profile gathering officially launched the film’s global promotional campaign, just days ahead of the much-awaited worldwide trailer release on July 24.
Television actress Shanaya Sharma was among the select invitees who attended the glittering evening. The event marked the first public appearance of the cast and creators of the two-part epic together. Guests were treated to a special, embargoed screening of the film’s highly anticipated trailer.
Ramayana: Part 1 is scheduled for a grand theatrical release during Diwali 2026, followed by Part 2 in Diwali 2027. Produced by Namit Malhotra, the film features a powerful lead cast including Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, with a monumental musical score co-composed by Academy Award winners Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman.
Beyond the spotlight, Shanaya Sharma is widely respected for her work in Hindi television dramas, music videos, and independent projects. A dedicated philanthropist and youth mentor, she actively participates in social initiatives and currently serves as a jury member for the Empower Kids Personality School.
