New Delhi, Delhi, 19th of August, 2026 : The Department of Social Justice & Empowerment (DoSJE) has completed the migration of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) Portal from the earlier platform (nmba.dosje.gov.in) to the SAMAVESH Portal (https://www.dosje.gov.in/organisation/nasha-mukt-bharat-abhiyaan/) developed by National e Governance Division (NeGD).
Joint Secretary (Drug Prevention) in the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Dr Sandeep R. Rathod, informed that the NMBA Portal is now accessible through new links and QR Codes. These include 1. NMBA Portal https://www.dosje.gov.in/organisation/nasha-mukt-bharat-abhiyaan, ; 2. NMBA; e-Pledge: https://nashamukt.dosje.gov.in/epledge; 3. Nasha Mukti Mitr Registration: https://nashamukt.dosje.gov.in/nasha-mukti-mitr; 4. NMBA Login: https://nashamukt-admin.dosje.gov.in/login and 5. NMBA Mobile App: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=nasha+mukt+bharat+abhiyan&c=apps&hl=en

Dr Rathod said that the earlier NMBA Portal (https://nmba.dosje.gov.in/) has been discontinued following the successful migration and shall no longer be accessible.

NMBA Mobile App
The Ministry has asked all Line Ministries/ Departments to use new links for NMBA Portal, e-Pledge and Mitr Registration. All stakeholders have been asked to ensure that all future access to the NMBA portal is through the new SAMAVESH Portal Links and any references to the old portal link in official communications, websites, IEC material or other documents needed to be updated accordingly. The existing login credentials shall continue to remain valid unless communicated otherwise.
