Nila Spaces Partners With Dreamspan To Bring Intelligent Sleep And Recovery Into Residential Living.

Ahmedabad, 25th of August, 2026 : Nila Spaces today announced a partnership with DreamSpan, making the company its sleep-tech partner to integrate intelligent sleep, recovery and bedroom-environment technology into its residential developments. The partnership brings together Nila’s wellness-led approach to residential design and DreamSpan’s technology across sleep, recovery and environmental sensing, with the scope of integration expected to expand as new products and applications are developed.

The partnership begins with a ₹25 crore integration across Vida and Prana, including the complete integration of DreamSpan’s current sleep-technology solutions across the two developments. More than a single product deployment, the engagement is designed as the foundation for a multi-layered partnership, with DreamSpan building an adaptive health ecosystem spanning sleep, brain health, metabolism, gut health, inflammation, musculoskeletal health and cellular aging.

At Vida, consumers will be able to experience and test DreamSpan’s technology within a real residential setting. At Prana, Nila’s wellness-led residential development in GIFT City, DreamSpan technology is planned to be integrated across every bedroom, complementing the development’s biophilic design, natural light, clean-air systems and dedicated wellness and longevity spaces.

The need for better sleep is increasingly evident. A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis of 14 studies involving 8,200+ participants across India found a pooled prevalence of sleep disorders of 51.4%. The analysis also found an average sleep duration of just 5.77 hours, with average sleep efficiency of 73.5%.

But sleep quality is not only about duration. The environment in which people sleep can also matter. A study published in Sleep Health, which monitored bedroom conditions and sleep in 62 participants over 14 days, found that sleep efficiency was 3.2% lower with higher PM2.5 exposure, 3.4% lower with higher temperature, 4.0% lower with higher CO₂ and 4.7% lower with higher noise, comparing the highest and lowest exposure groups.

DreamSpan’s technology combines a sensor-enabled mattress system with sleep analytics and environmental monitoring. Its Lucid Pro system can independently regulate temperature on either side of the bed across a dual-zone range of 13°C to 44°C, while monitoring bedroom conditions including eCO₂, humidity, temperature and particulate matter. Sleep data can include sleep stages, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate and recovery indicators, without requiring the user to wear a device. The system can also respond to detected snoring by adjusting bed elevation.

DreamSpan’s system is designed to continuously monitor environmental factors alongside individual sleep patterns, creating a more complete picture of the relationship between the bedroom environment, sleep and recovery. According to early-user data and product outcomes reported by DreamSpan, its technology has enabled users to achieve up to one additional hour of quality sleep per night, through a combination of reduced sleep latency, longer periods of deep sleep and fewer interruptions. Results may vary depending on individual usage patterns and sleeping conditions.
