Mumbai, Maharashtra, 25th of August, 2026 : Hiffin, a recognised name in the photography and videography accessories segment, has expanded its retail presence with the opening of a new experience centre in Mumbai, named ‘Royale Stores’. Located at Ground Floor, 11/13 Gokul Kalyan, M. K. Amin Lande, Bora Bazar Street, Fort, Mumbai, the new centre gives photographers, filmmakers, videographers and content creators an opportunity to explore Hiffin products in person, understand their functionality and experience different setups before making a purchase decision.

The opening was marked by an event that brought together influencers and members of Mumbai’s creator community. The interaction gave visitors an opportunity to explore Hiffin’s range, understand the use of different equipment and engage with the evolving requirements of photography, videography and digital content creation.

As part of the opening-day initiative on 22nd August, Hiffin has offered special discounts and giveaways to customers placing orders at ‘Royale Stores’ as well as visitors purchasing Hiffin products from the centre. The initiative adds a customer-focused element to the opening and gives visitors an opportunity to experience Hiffin products first-hand while availing special offers.

The experience centre brings together products across categories including lighting equipment, tripods, gimbals and other accessories used by creators in their day-to-day workflows. The hands-on format allows visitors to get a closer look at the products and understand how different equipment can fit into their individual shooting requirements and creative setups.

Speaking on the opening of the new experience centre, Mr. Vineet Sehgal, CEO, Hiffin said, “Mumbai has a large and active community of photographers, filmmakers and content creators, and we wanted to create a space where they can experience our products in a more practical way. While creators increasingly discover equipment online, the ability to see, handle and understand a product before using it can make a real difference to the purchase decision. The new centre at Fort is also an opportunity for us to engage more closely with the creator community and understand their changing requirements.”

The new centre is designed to go beyond being a retail point, with Hiffin looking to use the space for product demonstrations, creator interactions and community engagement activities. The format is intended to help both experienced users and emerging creators better understand lighting setups, camera accessories and other tools used in content creation.

As part of the opening-day initiative, Hiffin offered special discounts to customers placing orders at Royale Stores as well as visitors purchasing Hiffin products from the centre on the day. The offer added a customer-focused element to the opening and encouraged visitors to experience Hiffin products first-hand.

The Fort experience centre adds to Hiffin’s expanding network of physical retail touchpoints in India. The brand had earlier opened its first experience centre at Future Forward, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, with a similar focus on hands-on product interaction and creator engagement. The company has been strengthening its offline presence alongside its online and retail distribution network.

With the Mumbai centre, Hiffin aims to build a closer connection with creators in one of India’s major markets for photography, filmmaking and digital content creation while making its products more accessible to users looking for practical guidance before investing in creator equipment.
