Mukhyamantri Samipeshu 73rd Edition – Weekly Public Interaction Programme Of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.

Agartala, Tripura, 24th of September, 2026 : Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme the weekly public interaction programme of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. The Chief Minister interacted with the common people about their issues and difficulties.

As the part, the Chief Minister’s weekly programme “73rd episode of  Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ on Wednesday (23rd September, 2026), people of different profession in the State attended the programme. They spoke with the Chief Minister regarding their problems seeking assistance on various aspects such as medical treatment, financial assistant, education etc. Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha patiently listened to each of them and directed officials and Secretaries of concerned departments to take the necessary initiatives.

Like other days on Wednesday (23rd September, 2026) also the chief minister, in his official residence, listened to the grievances and complaints of people coming from different corners of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha addressed the grievances of people from different parts of Tripura district during the 73rd edition of the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha interacted directly with people from across the state during the 73rd edition of the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu programme, reaffirming the government’s commitment to addressing public grievances with compassion and prompt action. Held at the Chief Minister’s official residence, the programme provided a platform for citizens to raise issues related to healthcare, financial assistance and other concerns.

What was once impossible in the state’s healthcare sector is now becoming possible. With improved medical services, organ transplants are now being successfully performed in the state. Telemedicine is enabling quick and accurate treatment services. The state government’s goal is to provide the people of the state with advanced medical care at low cost. Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha said this today at the 73rd episode of Mukhyamantri Samipeshu held at the Chief Minister’s official residence, while assuring help-seekers who came with treatment and other problems, of finding solutions.

At 73rd episode of Mukhyamantri Samipeshu, Phuldebi Debbarma came from Konaban in Sepahijala district seeking help for her son’s heart treatment. After hearing her out, the Chief Minister directed officials of the concerned department to take necessary steps after consulting with AIIMS Delhi. Khokan Paul came from Dakshin Sriramapur in South Tripura district seeking assistance for his wife’s complex brain ailment. After hearing him, the Chief Minister directed officials of the concerned department to arrange quick treatment under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Destitute elderly woman Jaya Pal Majumder came from Bhati Abhoynagar in Agartala seeking treatment and financial assistance for her complex illness. After hearing her, the Chief Minister assured arrangements for a government allowance and proper treatment. Mousumi Bhattacharya came from Town Bordowali in Agartala seeking help for her complex kidney ailment.

After hearing Mousumi Bhattacharya, the Chief Minister assured her of assistance regarding her kidney transplant. Additionally, Pinku Debnath from Arundhutinagar, Agartala, and Arpita Debnath from Mohanpur Ranirbazar came seeking help for their children’s complex leg and brain ailments. The Chief Minister immediately directed the concerned officials to take necessary steps to assist them. Among others, Jayanta Debnath from Gokulnagar in Sepahijala district sought help for his complex kidney ailment, while Suman Das from Officetila, Jirania, and Abhijit Saha from Bishalgarh came seeking assistance for their complex heart disease and liver ailment respectively. After hearing them, the Chief Minister directed officials of the concerned departments to take necessary action quickly.

Others present at Mukhyamantri Samipeshu included the Chief Minister’s Secretary Kiran Gitte, Additional Secretary of the Social Welfare and Social Education Department Tapan Das, and Director of the Health Department Dr. Debashri Debbarma. Also present were Medical Superintendent of GBP Hospital Dr. Bidhan Goswami, Medical Superintendent of IGM Hospital Dr. Nirmal Sarkar, Medical Superintendent of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Cancer Hospital Dr. Shiromani Debbarma, along with officials from other departments.
