Ampi, Tripura, 8th of October 2026. A 15 days free basic Tailoring course for 15 students was inaugurated on Wednesday (7th October, 2026) by 124 Bn CRPF, at Kashimukh Gram Sangathan office, Baikhora Adhir Dhar Para, District- South Tripura, Tripura in collaboration NB Institute for Rural Technology (NBIRT).
Towards fostering community outreach and skill development, the course will benefit 15 women from Baikhora Latuatila, Adhir Dhar para, areas of South Tripura.The event was graced by Shri YK Nixon, Deputy Commandant, 124 BN CRPF as chief Guest in the company of Sh. Shyam Lal meena, Asstt. Comdt., Shri Mohit Lal Treasurer, (NBIRT), Shri Nandan Chakraborty Training Coordinator (NBIRT), Smt. Kajali Mog Tripura, President Kalshimuk Gram Sangathan, Smt. Supriya Dey, Secretary Kalshimukh Gram Sangathan, 15 Trainees and C/124 Bn CRPF personnel.

The course will provide practical training to the trainee Mahilas enabling them to acquire useful skill for future opportunity. Moreover, Sewing machine, cloth for practice, scissors, measuring tape, course material were also provided. This initiative reflect the commitment of the organization toward community welfare and skill development in the line of Viksit Bharat. The participants expressed their appreciation for the opportunity and hope that the training will have positive impact on their lives.
