Sabroom, Tripura, 29th of October, 2026 : A mysterious accident was reported in the Damdama area of Sabroom on Thursday (29th October, 2026) morning. During their morning walk, local residents spotted a man lying seriously injured beside his motorcycle in a culvert under suspicious circumstances.
After receiving information, personnel from the Sabroom Fire and Emergency Services rushed to the spot, rescued the injured man and shifted him to Sabroom Sub-Divisional Hospital for treatment.
The injured person was identified as Saurabh Biswas, an employee of the Sabroom Nagar Panchayat. According to doctors, his brain condition is extremely critical, reportedly due to remaining unattended on the roadside throughout the night. He has subsequently been referred to Tepania Hospital for advanced medical treatment.
The family has made serious allegations, claiming that over the past few days, unidentified individuals had been repeatedly calling him at night and taking him away from home. According to the family, the same thing happened last night as well.
Meanwhile, the circumstances surrounding the incident have raised serious questions. The fact that the motorcycle reportedly travelled a distance of six feet across a culvert approximately seven feet deep has added to the mystery. Was it merely an accident or a planned conspiracy? Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
