Agartala, 30th of June, 2024 : With the jointly initiative of Agartala Press Club and Sports Committee a friendly football match is being held between the members of the press club. This friendly football match will be held at Umakanta mini stadium tomorrow (1st July, 2024).
Agartala Press Club organized press conference at Agartala Press Club on Sunday (30th June, 2024). The President of Agartala Press Club Jayanta Bhattacharjee announced the names of the players of the two teams at the press conference and the detailed context of the match was presented by the Chairman of the Sports Committee Alak Ghosh.
Jayanta Bhattacharjee, President of Agartala Press Club, Ramakanta Dey, Secretary of Agartala Press Club, Sports Committee Chairman Alak Ghosh, Tripura Football Association Patron Ratan Saha, President Pranab Sarkar, Secretary Amit Chowdhury and others dignitaries will be present at the opening ceremony, Agartala Press Club Sports Committee convenor and Press Club Joint Secretary Abhishek Dey said. Sports Committee Joint Convener and Senior journalist Suprabhat Debnath was also present at the press conference. Members of Agartala Press Club and present guests officially presented the Jerseys to the players of both teams.
