Khowai, Tripura, 29th of November, 2024 : With the initiative of Khowai District Administration Vidya Fest inaugural ceremony has been organized at New Town Hall in Khowai. In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble Forest, Science & Technology Minister Animesh Debbarma inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the lamp. For the first time Vidya Fest the inaugural ceremony of 12 Vidyajyoti Schools in Khowai district. This event will be held in Khowai district for four days. A total of 25 events including dance, drama, music, yoga, sports and other programs will be celebrated.
Amidst the other dignitaries there were Padma Shri awardee Dipa Karmakar, Principal of Sachin Debbarman Memorial Government Music College Dr.Manika Das, Khowai District Magistrate & Collector Chandni Chandran, senior officials and many other dignitaries were remained present in the programme. Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu is coming to the closing ceremony at Teliamura on the last two days to present the awards.
