Ampi, Tripura, 19th of January 2025 : With the initiative of Ampi Nagar YTF block committee 47th Kokborok Day Observation 2025 has been conducted here in Chechua community hall in Ampi nagar Gomati Tripura. In the presence of many distinguished participants the programme chief guest Mr. Pathanlal Jamatia of Ampi Nagar 41 constituency MLA has inaugurated the programme. Following the motto ‘Maa Ni Kokno Hamjakdi, Je Mansuk Phuar Di.” the event has emphasized over the importance of mother tongue and its significance in our social life.
Addressing the gathering Ampi 41 constituency MLA Pathanlal Jamatia has said, ” Our mother tongue is our precious heritage and property. We have to preserve and protect our heretical property for our next generation. We should love and respect our mother tongue the most. It is our fundamental responsibility to protect and promote our traditional language, costume, culture and all kinds of heretical properties.”
Amidst other there were YTF Ampi block president Debarshi Jamatia, TMP young leaders and villagers remained present in the programme.
