Finance Minister Of Tripura Pranajit Singha Roy Graces At The Gomati District Level Observance To Marking 150th Anniversary Of India’s National Song ‘Vande Mataram’.

Gomati, Tripura, 8th of November, 2025 : Gomati District Level commemorated 150 years of India’s National Song Vande Mataram programme organized by District administration at Rajarshi Hall, Udaipur under Gomati District on Friday (7th November, 2025). In the presence of many distinguished dignitaries Hon’ble Finance, Planning & Coordination, Information Technology Minister Pranajit Singha Roy inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.

Addressing at the celebration of 150th Anniversary Of India’s National Song ‘Vande Mataram’ Hon’ble Finance, Planning & Coordination, Information Technology Minister Pranajit Singha Roy said that the Vande Mataram composed by the literary giant Bankim Chandra Chatterjee was a source of national consciousness and patriotic inspiration in every chapter of the freedom movement. Even after 150 years, every line of this song continues to awaken in us a spirit of respect for the motherland, unity, and self-sacrifice.

Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were MLAs Rampada Jamatia, Abhishek Debroy, and Jitendra Majumder; Chairperson of Udaipur Municipal Council Shital Chandra Majumder, District Magistrate & Collector Rinku Lather and many other distinguished dignitaries were present at the event.
