Agartala, Tripura, 28th of March 2026 : The Divisional-level “Dak Adalat” will be held on March 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Superintendent of Post Offices, Agartala Division–790001. Complaints related to postal services will be accepted at this “Postal Grievance” court for redressal.
Written complaints may be submitted in person or sent through ordinary post or Speed Post. The envelope should be clearly marked “Dak Adalat” and addressed to the Superintendent of Post Offices, Agartala Division–799001.
The complaint must include complete details such as the full address and registration receipt number. In case of complaints related to Savings Schemes and Postal Life Insurance, the depositor’s/policyholder’s account number along with the full address must be provided.
Written complaints must be submitted or sent in such a way that they reach this office by 5:00 PM on March 28, 2026. Any complaint received after this deadline will be disposed of through the usual procedure.
