Agartala, Tripura, 22nd of April 2025 : With the initiative of All Tripura Chess Association organized 1st AICF Smart Girl FIDE Rating Chess Tournament at NSRCC. Tripura’s Little Chess Master Aaradhya Das also participated in the Tournament. Women’s Candidate Master Aradhya Das Champion in 1st AICF Smart Girl FIDE Rating Chess Tournament. Total round were 9. She Scored 8.5 out of 9 with 8 win and 1 draws. She won cash prizes as well as a beautiful Trophy.
The total number of players was 65. Players from Assam, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh participated. In the competition, Ankita Sarkar, 2nd (8 ), from Tripura, Sumedha Roy, 3rd (8), from West Bengal, Sangita Saha, 4th (6.5) from Tripura, and Adrija Debnath, 5th (6.5) from Tripura.The award includes a trophy, and cash prize.
On the other hand, Aradhya was presented with a cheque of Rs. 25000 by All Tripura Cheese Association to further her game. Aradhya and her family expressed their gratitude.
