Khowai, Tripura, 16th of April 2026 : Again a group of thief attack at Chebri Market In Khowai, Tripura on Wednesday (16th April, 2026) night.
According to reports, a group of night burglars struck at Chebri Market under Khowai subdivision at some point last night. The miscreants targeted a Pratibha Jewellers shop.
The shop owner, Rana Kishore Debnath, stated that the burglars made away with approximately 1 kilogram of silver ornaments. The incident has created a sensation in the Chebri Market area. In the presence of private security arrangements in the market for a long time, such a daring theft has taken place. It now remains to be seen what steps the police will take in response to the incident.
