Ampi, Tripura, 11th of October 2025 : With the initiative of Ampi Nagar BJP mandal Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan programme has been organized here in Ampi Nagar community hall today. On this occasion a large number of BJP activists and local leaders have assembled here in the program venue and took active participation in the program.

As per the report, Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan is an Indian government initiative launched in May 2020 to make India self-reliant and economically independent by boosting domestic production, enhancing local manufacturing, and reducing reliance on imports. The campaign involves an economic stimulus package of ₹20 lakh crore and is built on five pillars. A self-sustaining economy, robust infrastructure, a technology-driven system, a vibrant demography, and increased demand. It is not about isolation but about strengthening India’s domestic industries to be more resilient, competitive, and integrated into global supply chains. Nanda Dulal Banik, Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan district co-convener has addressed the gathering and motivated the local villagers over this Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan.

Amidst the other participants there were Shibsonlian Kaipeng, Ampi MDC, Satya Mohan Jamatia, Ampi Mandal president, Prasanta Saha, social activist and many others remained present in the event.
