Ampi TRING Block Committee Organized TRING 1433 TE Festival.

With the initiative of Ampi Tring Block Committee the Tripura Era, Tring New Year Festival 1433 TE has been organized here in Taidu under Ampinagar RD block Gomati Tripura.​ This is a tribal new year festival for 19 ST communities of Tripura. A massive indigenous people from 19 communities of Tripura have taken part in the programme with great cheerful mood & expectation. The people from different ST communit­ies have assembled here in Taidu to celebrate this new year festival and wished happy new year to each other. EM Kamal Kalai (TTAADC) has inaugurated the programme in the presence of many indigenous dignitaries.

The TIPRA Motha leaders have welcomed the participants with​ new year greetings and wished peace and prosperity to all in 1433 TE. Almost whole night there was a lots of tribal traditional programme segments have been performed by the ST artists to make the festival colourful and enjoyable. To provide more entertainment to the participants the organizer has brought an orchestra party to present more enjoyable performances to the gathering in the festival. Reportedly the artist Jayanta Jamatia from “Rangchak Tripura” organization​ and his team has​ presented many tribal traditional cultural segments in the festival. Apart that local artists also participated in the festival. Among the dignitaries there were Govinda Kalai, sporting club G.S, Ampi sub zonal chairman Debsadhan Jamatia, Ampi ADC Sad­agar Kalai and many others remained present in the programme.
