Mumbai, Maharashtra, 3rd of September, 2026 : Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, popularly known as ARCIL, is all set to enter the capital markets through its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company’s IPO will open for subscription on September 9, 2026, and close on September 11, 2026. Bidding for anchor investors will open on September 8.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹132 to ₹139 per equity share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 107 equity shares, and thereafter in multiples of 107 shares. At the upper end of the price band, an investment of approximately ₹14,873 will be required for one lot.

The entire issue is an Offer for Sale (OFS), comprising up to 5,27,31,946 equity shares offered by existing shareholders. These include Avenue India Resurgence, State Bank of India, Lathe Investment, and Federal Bank.
In the IPO, up to 50% of the issue has been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), at least 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and at least 35% for Retail Individual Investors. Investors will be able to apply through the ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) process.
