Agartala, Tripura, 26th of March 2025 : Three bills were passed by voice vote in the state assembly today. The ‘The Societies Registration (Tripura Amendment) Bill 2025 (The Tripura Bill No. 3 of 2025)’ was passed by voice vote when introduced by Hon’ble Cooperation, Tribal Welfare (TRP & PTG), Welfare of Minorites Sukla Charan Noatia.
The ‘Tripura Cooperative Societies (Fifth Amendment) Bill 2025 (The Tripura Bill No. 4 of 2025)’ bill was introduced in the meeting by Cooperative Minister Sukla Charan Noatia. It was also passed by a voice vote in the meeting. Besides, the ‘Tripura Excise (Fifth Amendment) Bill 2025 (The Tripura Bill No. 5 of 2025)’ bill was introduced in the meeting by the Minister in-charge of the Finance Department, Ratan Lal Nath. MLA Gopal Chandra Roy gave a brief discussion on this bill. Later, this bill was passed by a voice vote.
