Mumbai, Maharashtra, 4th of May 2026 : Bollywood actor Bobby Deol is currently excited about his upcoming film Bandar. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the film is expected to mark a major turning point in his career.
In a candid interaction, Bobby Deol spoke openly about his hesitation and on-screen image. He said, “Every actor wants to do something different, but there comes a time when an image gets fixed, and it’s not easy to break out of it. I have also gone through that phase of being typecast.”
He further added, “Bandar was a challenge for me. This role was completely outside my comfort zone. Initially, I was hesitant, but I didn’t hold myself back and fully immersed myself in the character.”
The film is produced by Nikhil Dwivedi and features a strong ensemble cast, including Sanya Malhotra and several other talented actors. With its intense drama and unique storytelling, Bandar is gearing up to be one of the most talked-about releases of 2026.
