Khowai, Tripura, 12th of August, 2025 : With the initiative of Information and Cultural Affairs Department Khowai District organized Barsha Mangal Festival at Old Town Hall, Khowai on Tuesday (12th August, 2025). In the presence of many distinguished dignitaries Khowai Zilla Saha-Sabhadipati Aparna Singh Roy (Datta) inaugurated the event. Addressing at the celebration ceremony of Barsha Mangal festival Khowai Zilla Saha-Sabhadipati Aparna Singh Roy (Datta)in detail about the Barsha Mangal festival.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Khowai Zilla Parishad member Anukul Das, social acitivist Dilip Debbarma, students from different schools and may other distinguished dignitaries were participated in the function. Students presented attractive cultural programmes like music, dance to beautify the ceremony.
