Amarpur, Tripura, 14th of February 2025 : With the initiative of BPC (Block Project Co-ordinator of Ampi a 2 day long block level training programme over disaster management planing has been organized here in Ampi Nagar BRC hall in Gomati Tripura today. This 2 day long training programme over disaster management planing has been accomplished successfully today where total 96 schools of Ampi block have taken active participation in the programme.
As per the report, from state 40 schools, from TTAADC 42 schools and 14 schools from private sectors have availed proper training tips how to face and handle unexpected disaster by the efficient resource persons brought by BPC in the programme. In 1st phase total 30 schools from state & ADC have gained training and in 2nd phase 66 schools from state, ADC and private sector have participated in the training programme. Aiming to generate awareness over any kind of unexpected natural calamity and disaster the programme expert resource persons have provided different kinds of disaster handling techniques and tips to the school teachers of the block. Under the able guidance and supervision of the BPC Sri Bishanna Hari Jamatia both the phases of the event were full of programme participants .
Amidst the resource persons there were Suman Banik, Joyanta Das, Swapan Rudra Paul as well as Sankar Chandra Das, I.S Ampi and many others remained present in this disaster management awareness programme.
