Ampi, 24th of November 2024 : The BRP, CRP & MIS staffs under different blocks of the state have raised allegation over the concerned authority for job regularization deprivation. To accelerate the state education departmental functioning more active and favourable the department had appointed these staffs in different blocks but the BRP, CRP & MIS staffs have been deprived for different kinds of government amenities till the date.
As per the report, to handle the raisen problems of the BRP, CRP & MIS staffs one committee had been formed which was found failure to generate favourable consequence for these deprived staffs. The committee turned a deaf ear to the order of the director of the education department to manage fulfilment of government amenities for these deprived staffs.The main demands of the ministerial staff were to regularize and increase the salary of the block resource person(BRP) and cluster resource person(CRP) and management information system (MIS) and provides DA every time which the Govt. regular employees get the same. Every time when the deputation had been given to the director’s office, green signal was given but near about one year has passed and it is observed that the empty hope was given in the name of regularization. To increase the salary of the staffs the director of education of Tripura had formed a committee on March 03, of this year. It was directed to the committee to publish the memo consisting of all the points of regularization and salary increasing within seven days. But the members of the committee turned a deaf ear to the order of the director and issued no memo. Seven days had been given to publish the memo but seven month has been crossed, no response is found from the committee. The committee had violated the order. In this circumstances due to less salary BRP, CRP & MIS staffs cannot maintain their family expenditure. It’s a departmental irony towards the staffs. When teachers are getting handsome salary and also getting DA every year but the fixed paid employees who are highly qualified are not getting DA; their salary also are not being increased. Despite of appealed many times the salary is not being increased for these BRP/CRP staffs. All the above mentioned staff are higher educated and serving well to the department.
Whereas, the less educated employees are being paid handsome salary, why all BRP/CRP staffs would be deprived? Even when a CRP staff has been succumbed on duty the department has provided nothing to her family. She was the only earner of that poor family. It was a great pathetic issue. Another noticeable issue is after completion service session not pension nor any one time fixed payment provision is available for all these BRP, CRP & MIS staffs. They are in great problem to manage family expenditure. The concerned authority must consider these BRP, CRP & MIS staffs and take an immediate initiative to solve their risen problem, demanded these deprived employees.
