The election commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday (8th August, 2023) has announced the date of by-elections for Boxanagar and Dhanpur assembly constituencies on September 5.
The election commission of India (ECI) said in official statement, on 10th August, 2023 (Thursday) public notice relating to the elections will be issued. The submission of Nomination papers will continue till 17th August, 2023 (Thursday) and the date of Scrutiny has been fixed on 18th August 2023 (Friday). The last date of withdrawal of nomination is 21st August, 2023 (Monday). Date of Poll on 5th September, 2023 (Tuesday). The votes will be counted on 8th September, 2023 (Friday). The entire election process will end on 10th September, 2023 (Sunday).
