Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of April 2025 : With the initiative of Odia Samaj Tripura celebrated Utkal Divas – 2025 at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan, Agartala, Tripura on Tuesday (1st April, 2025). In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
Addressing at the celebration of Utkal Divas Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu said that the state of Odisha is famous for its rich culture, diversity and natural beauty. Odisha is a land rich in history, spirituality and brilliance of art. Its historical monuments, archaeological sites and traditional art sculptures are unique. The Governor appreciated the organizers for organizing such an event in the state and said that such an event will strengthen the foundation of unity in diversity.
President of Odia Samaj Tripura Vishnu Charan Pati delivered the welcome speech at the event. The Governor released a commemorative book titled “Chakadola 2025” at the event. Artists presented attractive cultural programmes like dance, song, music to beautify the ceremony. Members of Odia Samaj Tripura and many other dignitaries were present in the celebration ceremony.
