Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha  Attends Valedictory Session Of The Induction Training For TCS 2024 Batch Officer.

Agartala, Tripura, 15th of May, 2025 : Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha attends valedictory Session of the “Induction training for TCS 2024 batch officer at Pragna Bhavan,  Agartala, Tripura on Thursday (15th May, 2025).

Addressing at the valedictory Session of the Induction training for TCS 2024 batch officer Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that Work must be done to establish transparent administration through transparency and accountability. In public welfare, work must be done to ensure that the real beneficiaries are getting the benefits of various government projects. TCS officers work as a bridge between the Government and the common people. In addition to implementing various policies and guidelines aimed at public welfare, they play an important role in fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid emphasis on involving qualified and talented children in administrative work. The newly appointed talented officers have joined the state administration, which has further increased the administrative strength. It was observed in today’s event that hard work along with talent brings success. The transparent recruitment process has created trust in the Government among the people.

“The current State Government, the old recruitment policy has been abolished and a complete and transparent recruitment policy has been implemented. Government jobs are being provided without party loyalty. People remember it when you work for public welfare. There is no place for politics in good work. As a result of the government’s transparent approach, officers will get the opportunity to work without party loyalty. Currently, work is being done with importance on all issues like administrative system, law and order etc. The newly appointed officers will also have to work with importance for the development of the state. They will have to establish good relations with the common people. The Prime Minister has given special importance to training in the field of employment. He has also laid emphasis on increasing skilled labor force and qualitative excellence. Therefore, training on various subjects should be implemented in the workplace from time to time.”, Chief Minister added.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also emphasized on professional skills through projects like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Skill India. The National Education Policy 2020 has also emphasized on skill development from childhood. Since 2014, work has been done with emphasis on Targeted Education, Skill India. Besides, work is being done to introduce digital literacy and expand vocational education. As a result, the employment index has increased significantly.” Chief Minister added.

The Chief Minister also added that the recruitment process has been carried out in a transparent manner in the state. The vacancies are being filled gradually. In addition to various training institutions in the country, there is a training system for administrative officers in the state. Many trainees from the State and outside the state come to Tripura throughout the year to take training. Since 2001, 596 officers from 19 batches of TCS have taken training at SIPARD. Training is provided there on human resource management, criminal law, administrative matters. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of training the newly appointed officers on disaster management as well as acquiring knowledge on land and revenue. The Chief Minister urged the officers to expedite administrative work while maintaining transparency.

Amidst the distinguished dignitaries participants there were Chief Secretary JK Sinha, Apurba Roy, Director of State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD), officials and may other senior officers were present in the event
