Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha Virtual Inauguration Of Blood Donation Camp To Marks On World Red Cross Day 2025 In All Districts.

Agartala, Tripura, 8th of May, 2025 : With the initiative of Red Cross Society Tripura State Branch observed World Red Cross Day observed At Agartala, Tripura. Red Cross Society Tripura State Branch Blood Donation Camp organized in all districts to marks on World Red Cross Day 2025. In the presence of many distinguished dignitaries Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha Virtual inaugurated the Blood Donation Camp in all Districts today (8th May, 2025).

Addressing at the event Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that people from all sections of society should come forward with a service attitude. Our future generation should be taught to develop social values ​​from childhood. Only then will they be able to grow up and play a helpful role in building a beautiful and healthy society. Along with this, people from all sections of society should come forward with a service attitude. Humanity is created from childhood. Therefore, the curriculum has been introduced in the schools of the state with the aim of instilling social values ​​and interest in service work in children from an early age. This curriculum has been introduced with the aim of instilling humanity in children and developing their inner being. Due to the pressure of studies, mental stress can be observed in children. Therefore, arrangements have been made for 10 days of bag-free classes. She said that today’s children are the future of the country. The traditional curriculum, children should be taught from an early age to understand the sorrows and feelings of others and to develop the mentality of walking together with everyone.

The Chief Minister added that humans are the best creatures. Everyone should come forward to serve humanity. Health workers in the state’s hospitals are providing medical services relentlessly. Many patients are returning home from there every day after recovering. But they are not appreciated. The Chief Minister expressed the opinion that good work should be appreciated. There is a need to have a sense of humanity even in criticizing. There is massive development in the fields of health, education, agriculture, tourism, sports etc. in the state. In this regard, public representatives are playing an important role.

Chandan Debnath, Secretary of Red Cross Society, Tripura State Branch, delivered the welcome speech at the event. In today’s celebration ceremony apart from the Chief Minister, West Tripura District Magistrate and Collector Dr. Vishal Kumar, Bimal Kanti Roy, Chairman of Red Cross Society, Tripura State Branch and many others distinguished dignitaries were present in the ceremony. According to sources a total of 34 donors donated blood in today’s blood donation camp. Paramananda Sarkar Banerjee, Vice President, delivered the vote of thanks.
