Agartala, Tripura, 19th of July 2025 : Ker Puja is performed for the welfare of the state’s residents and to protect them from evil forces, a tradition dating back to King Trilochan’s era. Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha extended greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of Ker Puja, which is held fourteen days after Kharchi Puja. Hon’ble Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Hon’ble MP and Tripura Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Rajib Bhattacharjee, West Tripura District Magistrate and Collector Dr. Vishal Kumar, social activist Bipin Debbarma were present at the event.
