The closing ceremony of NCSL, Boston, Massachusett State, USA, has honoured Dr. Rahul V. Karad, Executive President of MIT-WPU, Pune, Maharashtra, who organized NLC Bharat first in Mumbai and 2ndly in Pune, India and this year 2025 Dr. Rahul Karad ji has arranged all essential management to bring all MLAs and MLCs in this NCSL international event in Boston, Massachusetts, USA to accelerate the knowledge over administration and foreign policy of the participant MLAs.
