Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of November, 2026 : Ahead of the upcoming Municipal Corporation elections, the CPI(M) has intensified its public outreach campaign. As part of this initiative, the CPI(M) Jogendranagar Area Committee organised a door-to-door campaign in Booth No. 5 under Ward No. 30 of the Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Sunday (1st November, 2026).
During the campaign, party leaders and workers visited households and interacted with local residents as part of their efforts to strengthen public contact ahead of the municipal elections.

They enquired about various problems faced by people in the area, including issues related to civic amenities, public services and everyday grievances. They also presented the party’s views and outlined its future programmes and initiatives before the residents.
The campaign was reportedly organised with the aim of establishing direct contact with people and strengthening public support ahead of the upcoming municipal elections.
