Sabroom, Tripura, 22nd of November, 2024 : With the initiative of Sabroom Communist Party of India (Marxist) block committee road rally cum deputation to Sabroom block BDO has given today (22nd November, 2024). The CPIM has given deputation over five charters of demands. On this occasion a large number of CPIM supporters have assembled and raised voice over their demands. The rally were organized on 5-point demands including providing employment to the unemployed, arranging Rs. 600 wages for 200 days of work in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA), expediting the construction of the bridge on the Manu River on the way from Harina to Chalita Chari, ending factionalism in providing government assistance to the flood-affected peoples, and establishing the rule of law in the state.
